How to be a member

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Filipino by birth
    • With regular source of income
    • Aged 18 and above with a capacity to enter in to a contract
    • Have attended PMES prior to application of membership
    • Have properly filled up the Application form for Membership
    • Submitted all the necessary requirements and paid the necessary fees.

  • BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

    • Personal appearance of the application
    • Two (2) valid ID’s (photocopy)
    • Proof of billing address in the name of the applicant
    • Have paid the required share capital and other fees.
