How to be a member

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Filipino by birth
- With regular source of income
- Aged 18 and above with a capacity to enter in to a contract
- Have attended PMES prior to application of membership
- Have properly filled up the Application form for Membership
- Submitted all the necessary requirements and paid the necessary fees.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Personal appearance of the application
- Two (2) valid ID’s (photocopy)
- TIN Number
- Proof of billing address in the name of the applicant
- Have paid the required share capital and other fees.
