    It was the very first branch of HCSCCO that started the expansion program of the Cooperative.

    It was opened to provide coop services to the growing members outside Gen. T. de Leon within the City of Valenzuela.

    It was the business center for Valenzuela members outside of Gen T. de Leon.

    This Branch was opened to provide service to workers and entrepreneurs from the industrialized barangay of Punturin, Mapulang Lupa and other nearby barangays including part of Meycauayan.

    It also caters micro-financing to members residing at relocation sites in Valenzuela and Meycauayan.

    Mindanao Ave. Branch move to Gen. T. Deleon Valenzuela City. Starting November 3, 2020 all transactions for Mind. Ave. Branch will be done at the Head Office. It caters to members belonging to the higher economic bracket who reside in the many subdivisions in Tandang Sora District of Quezon City.

    It also provides coop services to members at adjacent barangays of Quezon City.
