REGULAR MEMBER
- Complied all the basic requirements and qualifications for membership
- Have paid up share capital of not less than 5,000
- Age not more than 58 1/2 years old at the time of membership and has P5000.00 Share Capital or more.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER (PREFERRED A)
- Complied the basic requirements and qualifications for membership
- Lacks requirement for Regular members
- Senior Citizen or aged more the 58 1/2 years old at the time of membership

ASSOCIATE – PREFERRED B MEMBER
- Avails deposit services only
- With minimum Savings deposit of P500.00 have paid required SC Deposit of P200.00 and Membership fee of P50.00 (a total minimum of P750.00)

ASSOCIATE – LAB COOP MEMBERS
- A member deposit under the Laboratory Coop aged 17 years and below.
